Our storage facility in Destin, Florida offers all the conveniences and features you’re looking for. For instance, our access hours run from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day of the week, providing time outside of standard office hours for you to visit your unit. Combine this feature with our drive-up access and ground-floor rentals and you’ll have no problem making your trips as efficient as possible!

We opened our doors in 1978 and have remained under the same ownership ever since, showing our dedication to the community and its storage needs. Find us near The Track, Big Kahuna’s Water & Adventure Park, and Eglin Air Force Base. Our customers love that our leases run on a month-to-month basis and that we don’t charge application fees. Our storage facility is even a member of the Destin Area Chamber of Commerce!
Our office is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, so stop in sometime to meet our team! We’ll help you choose your storage unit, whether you’re looking for a small 5’x5’ or a large 12’x30’. If you’re in the market for vehicle parking and storage, our spaces are perfect for you. - Head southwest on Live Oak Street toward Water Oak Street
- Turn left onto Water Oak Street
- Turn right onto FL-20 W
- Merge onto FL-293
- In 6.3 miles, turn right onto US-98 W
- Turn right onto Airport Road
- Regional Self Storage will be on the left
From downtown Destin, FL:
- Head east on Mountain Drive toward Benning Drive
- Turn right onto Benning Drive
- Turn left onto US-98 E/Harbor Boulevard
- Continue to follow US-98 E
- In 1.9 miles, turn left onto Airport Road
- Regional Self Storage will be on the left
From Miramar Beach, FL:
- Head west on Scenic Gulf Drive/Scenic Highway 98 toward S Geronimo Street
- Turn right onto S Geronimo Street
- Turn left onto US-98 W/Emerald Coast Parkway
- Continue to follow US-98 W
- In 6.4 miles, turn right onto Airport Road
- Regional Self Storage will be on the left
From Okaloosa Island, FL:
- Head northeast on Santa Rosa Boulevard toward Siebert Drive
- At the roundabout, take the first exit
- Turn left onto US-98 W
